Job Description

We are hiring on behalf of a fintech company having AI-powered SaaS lending platform transforming MSME and retail financing in India by providing platform access to Loan Consultants, CA, borrowers and lenders. Credorbit is expanding team in various domains including Sales, Marketing, Product Development, Business Analysis and what not. It is a venture of Chartered Accountant Firm established in 2011 which provides expert services in the field of Audit & Assurance, Project Finance, GST & Income Tax, Corporate Compliance, Business Management Consulting and Virtual CFO Services.

Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment & Talent Sourcing

Hiring through LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, and other platforms Screening candidates & scheduling interviews Maintaining a structured hiring pipeline

2. Employee Management

Tracking attendance, tasks & leave Calculating and Processing salary of team every month Onboarding, documentation & exit process handling

3. Office & HR Operations

Coordinating team activities, events & engagement programs Ensuring smooth HR processes and policy implementation

Requirements

2-3 years of HR experience Strong recruitment skills Good command over MS Office & basic AI tools Good communication skills in English Organized, disciplined & team-friendly
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

Prahlad Nagar, Ahmedabad, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
