The Senior HR Executive will be responsible for managing end?to?end HR operations including recruitment, on-boarding, employee engagement, HR compliance, performance management, and HR documentation. The role requires a proactive, process?oriented professional who can independently handle HR activities and support management in building a strong work culture.
