Growexx is looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented
Senior HR Executive
to manage end-to-end HR operations, with a strong focus on Payroll Management and Stakeholder Coordination. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth HR functioning, compliance, and employee satisfaction within a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage complete payroll process (attendance, salary inputs, reimbursements, deductions, etc.) with 100% accuracy and timeliness.
Handle statutory compliance -- PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, Gratuity, and TDS.
Coordinate with finance teams and external payroll vendors for monthly payroll closure.
Prepare and maintain accurate employee compensation and benefits data.
Manage onboarding, documentation, and induction.
Handle exits -- full & final settlements, exit interviews, and documentation.
Maintain and update employee records, HRIS systems, and databases.
Act as a bridge between employees, management, and external partners.
Collaborate with business heads and department managers to address HR-related issues proactively.
Provide HR data insights and reports to management for decision-making.
Drive HR processes including performance management, leave management, and employee engagement initiatives.
Support internal audits and ensure HR policies are implemented effectively.
Continuously improve HR processes for efficiency and employee experience.
Key Skills:
Strong understanding of HR processes, policies, and statutory compliance
Excellent understanding of Indian labor laws and statutory compliance.
Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and HRMS tools.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a solution-oriented approach. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and
proactive
driving initiatives
Must be comfortable working
100% onsite in Ahmedabad
Education and Experience:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
4+ years of experience in HR operations with strong payroll management expertise.
Analytical and Personal skills:
Excellent Communication skills in English - both written and verbal
Candidate must possess good listening skills, confidence, Multitasking ability, Time management skill
