Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including drafting job descriptions, sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and conducting initial interviews.
Coordinate interview schedules, maintain candidate databases, and ensure recruitment records are up to date.
2. Onboarding & Employee Induction
Facilitate smooth onboarding processes by managing documentation, coordinating orientation programs, and preparing welcome kits.
Ensure new hires have a positive and structured onboarding experience.
3. HR Operations & Documentation
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in compliance with company policies and data privacy regulations.
Support the preparation of HR documents such as offer letters, confirmation letters, and performance-related communications.
4. Reporting & Data Management
Generate HR reports related to hiring, employee engagement, and training.
Assist in maintaining HR dashboards and providing data-driven insights for process improvement.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
1-3 years of relevant HR experience (internships and project-based roles included).
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Good knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and industry best practices.
Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
