We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic

Senior HR Executive

to lead and strengthen our human resource operations. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in HR administration, compliance, employee relations, training, and insurance management.

This position requires a hands-on professional who can balance strategic planning with day-to-day HR operations, ensuring a positive, compliant, and performance-driven workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, attendance, payroll, and employee database management. Ensure adherence to statutory compliances (PF, ESIC, Gratuity, Labour Laws, etc.). Develop and implement leadership and employee training programs to enhance engagement and performance. Handle employee grievances, disciplinary procedures, and conflict resolution with professionalism. Oversee employee insurance policies, including claims, renewals, and coordination with service providers. Implement and monitor HR policies, procedures, and performance management systems. Collaborate with management to drive HR strategy and organizational development initiatives.

Requirements

10-12 years of progressive experience in HR operations and administration. Proven expertise in labor laws, statutory compliance, and payroll management. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle multiple priorities with professionalism and efficiency.

Pay: ?45,000.00 - ?55,000.00 per month
