SENIOR HR EXECUTIVE

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee end-to-end attendance, leave, and payroll inputs.

Vendor management including contract compliance, billing, and performance reviews.

Drive recruitment, onboarding, and exit formalities for blue- and white-collar workforce.

Ensure statutory compliance including PF, ESIC, Shops & Establishments Act, etc.

Handle escalated employee grievances and conduct disciplinary procedures where needed.

Support implementation of HR policies and engagement activities at site level.

Conduct periodic audits of documents and processes to ensure HR quality standards.

Requirement:

Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Business Administration, or related field 3-5 years of relevant experience in HR operations, preferably in logistics/warehousing Strong team management and coordination skills In-depth understanding of HR compliance, vendor management, and audit processes Excellent in MS Excel, report generation, and HRIS tools Strong interpersonal and leadership qualities Willingness to travel to multiple warehouse sites when required Location near Pinglaj, Kheda.

Pay: ?18,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
