Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced

Senior HR Executive

to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will have 4-5 years of hands-on experience in

end-to-end recruitment

sourcing

,

screening

,

interview coordination

,

job posting & advertising

, and

headhunting

. You will play a key role in identifying and attracting top talent to support our company's growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage

end-to-end recruitment process

across multiple departments and levels Proactively

source

and identify potential candidates using various channels (job portals, LinkedIn, social media, internal databases, referrals, etc.) Conduct

initial screening

of candidates to assess qualifications, fitment, and interest Coordinate and schedule

interviews

with hiring managers and follow up on feedback Draft and publish

job postings

on various platforms and manage recruitment advertising campaigns Perform active

headhunting

for niche roles and leadership positions Maintain and update recruitment trackers and reports regularly Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to understand hiring needs Ensure an excellent

candidate experience

throughout the recruitment process Assist in onboarding processes and documentation when required

Key Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field 4-5 years of proven experience in

recruitment and talent acquisition

In-depth understanding of recruitment tools, techniques, and platforms Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills Strong organizational and time-management abilities Ability to handle multiple open positions simultaneously and meet tight deadlines

Local candidates

preferred for ease of coordination and in-office requirements

Preferred Skills:

Familiarity with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) Prior experience in a fast-paced or startup environment Strong networking skills and understanding of the local talent market
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
