Key Responsibilities:
HR Operations
Manage day-to-day HR operations, including attendance, leave management, employee records, and HR documentation.
Ensure compliance with company policies, labour laws, and statutory requirements.
Maintain and update HR databases, MIS reports, and employee files.
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Handle end-to-end recruitment for various roles across departments.
Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements.
Source candidates through job portals, referrals, consultants, and social platforms.
Conduct initial screenings, schedule interviews, and manage offer rollouts.
Onboarding & Induction
Manage the complete onboarding process for new hires.
Conduct induction and orientation programs to ensure smooth integration.
Coordinate documentation, background verification, and joining formalities.
Employee Engagement & Events
Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives, HR events, and celebrations.
Support internal communication and initiatives to enhance workplace culture.
Assist in organising training programs, team-building activities, and company events.
Performance & Employee Relations
Support performance management processes and appraisal cycles.
Act as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns.
Promote a positive work environment and help resolve employee relations issues.
Required Skills & Competencies
Strong knowledge of Female HR operations and recruitment processes
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Good understanding of labour laws and HR compliance
Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS tools
Strong organisational and coordination skills
Qualifications: -
MBA / PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent
7to 9 + years of relevant experience in HR Operations and Recruitment
SALARY
- 25000 - 40,000
