Minimum 3 years in HR Operations

Qualification:

MBA / MSW (HR) or equivalent

Requirements:

Master's degree in HR (MBA / MSW HR) or equivalent qualification Minimum 3 years of proven experience in HR operations, preferably in a hospital or service sector In-depth knowledge of payroll, statutory compliance, and recruitment procedures Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills High level of integrity, attention to detail, and ability to work independently

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes Manage and process monthly payroll accurately and on schedule Ensure statutory compliance with PF, ESI, gratuity, and other labor laws Maintain and update employee records, attendance, and HR documentation Support HR policy implementation, performance reviews, and employee engagement initiatives Liaise with department heads to address manpower planning and HR-related matters Contribute to continuous improvement of HR systems and practices
