The Senior HR Executive will play a key role in managing end-to-end HR operations, employee lifecycle activities, talent acquisition, and HR compliance. The role requires a detail-oriented and proactive professional capable of handling day-to-day HR functions while contributing to organizational growth and employee engagement.
Key Responsibilities
1. Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
Manage end-to-end recruitment for various departments.
Coordinate sourcing, screening, interviews, and offer rollouts.
Maintain talent pipelines and ensure timely closures.
Execute structured onboarding and induction programs.
2. HR Operations
Handle employee lifecycle processes: joining, confirmation, transfer, exit formalities, and full & final settlements.
Maintain and update HRMS data and employee records.
Prepare HR dashboards, trackers, and reports.
3. Employee Engagement & Relations
Plan and execute employee engagement activities, R&R programs, and HR initiatives.
Act as a point of contact for employee queries and grievance resolution.
Support in maintaining a positive and productive workplace culture.
4. Performance Management
Assist in implementing PMS cycles, KRAs/KPIs, reviews, and feedback sessions.
Coordinate with department heads for timely evaluations.
5. Compliance & Policy Management
Ensure adherence to labour laws and statutory requirements (PF, ESIC, Gratuity, Shops & Establishment, etc.).
Assist in updating HR policies, SOPs, and documentation.
Manage audits, recordkeeping, and compliance reporting.
6. Training & Development
Identify training needs along with departmental managers.
Coordinate internal and external training programs.
Track training effectiveness and maintain documentation.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
3-4 years of hands-on experience in core HR functions.
Strong knowledge of HR operations, recruitment, and statutory compliance.
Proficiency in HRMS tools and MS Office.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills
Experience in NBFC / BFSI sector (added advantage).
Knowledge of HR analytics and reporting.
Familiarity with modern HR practices and talent management tools.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
