Key Responsibilities:
A) Recruitment & Onboarding
Manage
end-to-end recruitment
: sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews.
Handle
new employee onboarding
, joining formalities, and induction.
Maintain employee records and databases.
B) Payroll & Attendance Management
Prepare and process
monthly payroll
in coordination with the accounts team.
Maintain attendance, leave records, and employee database.
Ensure timely submission of salary details and compliance documents.
C) HR Documentation & Compliance
Draft and manage
appointment letters, confirmation letters, notices, and contracts
.
Keep track of employee files and HR-related paperwork.
Support statutory compliance activities (PF, ESI, Gratuity, etc.).
D) Employee Relations & Support
Address employee queries related to HR policies and benefits.
Support smooth communication between staff and management.
Assist in employee engagement and welfare initiatives.
E) HR Reporting & MIS
Maintain
HR MIS reports
, payroll records, and employee data.
Prepare and share monthly HR summaries and reports.
Skills & Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Human Resources / MBA (HR).
Experience:
2-5 years of experience in HR operations, preferably in a
non-IT sector

Knowledge of HR processes, payroll, and compliance
MS Excel and documentation skills
Good communication and drafting ability (letters, notices, contracts, etc.)
Strong organizational and people-handling skills

Can manage multiple HR activities independently.
