Lead and manage end-to-end recruitment and selection processes to attract top talent.
Design and implement HR strategies, policies, and best practices.
Oversee onboarding, induction programs, and employee lifecycle management.
Ensure smooth payroll processing, attendance, and leave management.
Handle statutory compliance including PF, ESIC, and labor law requirements.
Manage performance appraisal systems, goal setting, and employee evaluations.
Drive employee engagement, motivation, and retention activities.
Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
Maintain accurate HR documentation, reports, and MIS dashboards.
Collaborate with management on manpower planning and organizational development.
Promote company culture, values, and professional growth within the team.
