Key Responsibilities:

end-to-end recruitment
for leadership and senior-level mandates across multiple domains.
Conduct
market mapping
and competitor analysis to identify potential talent pools.
Use professional networks, job portals, LinkedIn, and other sources to attract and engage top talent.
Build strong relationships with clients and hiring managers to understand role requirements.
Conduct
screening, assessment, and negotiation
for final selection.
Maintain a high level of professionalism while representing the organization in the market.
Manage and mentor junior recruiters when required.
Required Skills & Experience:
3-8 years
of experience in recruitment, with focus on
leadership or niche hiring
.
Strong exposure to
BFSI, IT, Non-IT, and Retail
industries.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Strong understanding of
market mapping
and
headhunting
techniques.
Ability to manage multiple mandates with speed and accuracy.
