Ensure smooth onboarding and orientation of new hires, fostering a welcoming and engaging environment.
Employee Relations & Engagement:
Address employee queries and concerns effectively, promoting a positive and productive workplace culture.
Plan and execute employee engagement activities, team-building events, and wellness programs.
Performance Management:
Implement performance evaluation processes and provide constructive feedback to employees.
Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and drive employee development initiatives.
Policy Development & Compliance:
Develop, update, and enforce company HR policies in compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Maintain accurate employee records and handle HR documentation with confidentiality.
HR Operations & Administration:
Oversee payroll, leave management, and employee benefits administration.
Monitor and report on HR metrics, offering insights and recommendations to improve HR processes.
Employee Training & Development:
Organize training sessions and workshops to enhance employee skills and career growth.
Encourage a culture of continuous learning and development.
