Sat Kartar Shopping Ltd is seeking a proactive HR Generalist with experience in hiring and compliance management. This role is essential in managing recruitment activities and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies. We are looking for candidates who are organized, communicative, and dedicated to creating a positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Staffing
Manage end-to-end recruitment for open positions, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop job descriptions.
Conduct reference checks and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires.
Employee Relations
Address employee queries regarding HR policies and procedures.
Facilitate conflict resolution and support positive employee relations.
Assist in performance management processes.
Compliance
Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory regulations (EPF, ESI, Gratuity, etc.).
Maintain accurate employee records and oversee necessary documentation.
Stay updated on HR legal and regulatory changes and implement them within the organization.
HR Operations
Manage attendance, leave records, and payroll coordination.
Facilitate employee engagement activities and help foster a positive work environment.
Support with HR audits and reports.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
2+ years of experience in HR, with a focus on hiring and compliance.
Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
