compliance, payroll processing, and HR operations
. This role requires a hands-on professional who can manage end-to-end HR activities while ensuring legal compliance and employee satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:Payroll & HR Operations
Manage end-to-end monthly payroll processing with accuracy and timeliness.
Handle employee data management, attendance, and leave records.
Coordinate with finance for salary disbursement and statutory payments.
Statutory Compliance
Ensure 100% compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations (PF, ESI, Gratuity, Bonus, Minimum Wages, etc.).
Handle statutory audits, inspections, and documentation.
Keep updated records and ensure timely filing of statutory returns.
Employee Lifecycle Management
Manage onboarding, induction, and exit formalities.
Maintain HRMS and employee records in accordance with company policies.
Address employee grievances and support in disciplinary procedures.
HR Policies & Processes
Implement and maintain HR policies, procedures, and SOPs.
Support in organizational initiatives like employee engagement, health & safety, and training programs.
Key Requirements:
Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum
5 years of experience
in HR with a focus on
compliance and payroll into manufacturing industry only
.
Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws and statutory regulations.
Proficient in MS Excel, HRMS tools, and payroll software.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Experience working in a manufacturing/plant environment is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
