SENIOR HR GENERALIST



JOB SUMMARY:



We are seeking a dynamic and experienced

Sr. HR Executive / Sr. HR Generalist

to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing core HR functions, including payroll, statutory compliance (PF & ESI), employee relations, onboarding/offboarding, administrative tasks, and office management. The role demands excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills, along with strong proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office tools.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:



1. Payroll & Compliance:



Process end-to-end monthly payroll accurately and timely. Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, including Provident Fund (PF), Employee State Insurance (ESI), and other applicable labor laws. Maintain and update employee records related to salary, attendance, and statutory deductions.

2. Employee Relations:



Act as the point of contact for employee concerns and grievances. Promote a positive work culture and resolve internal conflicts professionally. Conduct regular employee engagement activities and feedback sessions.

3. Onboarding & Offboarding:



Manage the end-to-end onboarding process, including documentation, induction, and orientation. Handle smooth exit formalities, full and final settlements, and exit interviews.

4. Policy & Compliance:



Ensure company HR policies are up to date and compliant with labor laws. Assist in drafting, reviewing, and communicating HR policies and procedures. Monitor and enforce adherence to internal compliance standards.

5. Administrative & Office Management:



Oversee day-to-day office administration and ensure smooth functioning of office operations. Coordinate with vendors, manage office supplies, and maintain office hygiene. Support logistics for meetings, events, and office activities.

Requirements:



Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 3-5 years of experience in an HR Generalist or similar role. In-depth knowledge of payroll processing, PF & ESI, and HR compliance. Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills. Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office Suite. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year

Schedule:

Monday to Friday
Work Location: In person
