We are looking for an experienced Senior HR Executive to handle end-to-end HR operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing HR processes including attendance, payroll, employee records, statutory compliance, and general HR administration. Key Roles & Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end HR operations and employee lifecycle management
Maintain and manage employee attendance, leave records, and shift schedules
Process monthly payroll accurately and on time
Coordinate with accounts/finance for salary, PF, ESI, and other statutory compliances
Maintain employee files, HR records, and documentation
Handle onboarding, joining formalities, and exit procedures
Address employee queries related to HR policies, payroll, and attendance
Assist management in HR policy implementation and updates
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
Support internal audits and HR reporting Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in HR operations
Strong knowledge of attendance management and payroll processing
Familiarity with labor laws, PF, ESI, and statutory compliance
Proficiency in MS Excel and HR software
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities Preferred Candidate Profile
Experience in construction or infrastructure industry is an added advantage
Ability to handle multiple tasks independently
