to join our Human Resources team. This role will play a key part in executing HR strategies, managing employee relations, supporting talent acquisition, and ensuring policy compliance. The ideal candidate should bring strong operational HR experience, sound judgment, and the ability to work across departments to support business goals.
Key Responsibilities
1. Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes for mid- to senior-level roles
Collaborate with hiring managers to define job roles and recruitment strategies
Lead the onboarding process to ensure a smooth integration for new hires
2. Employee Relations & Engagement
Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns and grievances
Mediate and resolve workplace conflicts professionally and confidentially
Support and execute employee engagement initiatives and feedback mechanisms
3. HR Operations
Maintain and update HR systems and employee databases
Ensure accurate and timely payroll inputs and attendance management
Assist in benefits administration, leave management, and compliance reporting
4. Policy & Compliance
Ensure adherence to labor laws and internal company policies
Participate in the development and revision of HR policies and procedures
Conduct audits and compliance checks regularly
5. Performance Management
Support the implementation and monitoring of performance appraisal processes
Provide guidance to managers on goal setting and employee development
Track training needs and coordinate internal or external training sessions
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
3-5 years of experience in a generalist or executive HR role
Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR operations, and employee lifecycle
Proficiency in HR software (HRIS), MS Office, and data reporting
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in [Jwellery industry, manufacturing, retail, etc.]
Exposure to HR analytics and reporting tools
