We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior HR Executive / Assistant Manager (HR Generalist) for the Nagpur location. The ideal candidate should bring well-rounded HR expertise, particularly in recruitment, employee engagement, HR operations, compliance, and performance management. This role is critical in supporting a growing real estate business and ensuring smooth people processes across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical, non-technical, and site-based roles.
Coordinate interviews, salary negotiations, and joining formalities.
Oversee induction & onboarding process to ensure smooth integration.
Employee Engagement & Relations
Plan and execute employee engagement activities.
Act as the first point of contact for employee grievances and queries.
Maintain healthy workplace relations across office and site staff.
Performance Management
Coordinate goal-setting and appraisal cycles.
Support implementation of KRAs/KPIs for different functions.
Provide data and reports for performance review discussions.
HR Operations & Administration
Maintain and update employee records, attendance, and leave management.
Handle payroll inputs and coordinate with finance team.
Manage statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, PT, labor laws).
Policy & Process Implementation
Support in drafting and implementing HR policies.
Ensure adherence to HR systems, processes, and legal requirements.
Candidate Requirements
MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent qualification.
4-6 years of experience in HR Generalist role (experience in real estate/construction preferred).
Strong knowledge of recruitment, HR operations, labor laws, payroll, and employee engagement.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple stakeholders (office & site staff).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
