Coordinate hiring for open positions.
Manage job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
Coordinate with placement consultants and training institutes.
Monitor attendance systems (e.g., biometric, punch-in/out).
Maintain and update employee records.
Manage HR software (HRMS) for all employee data and documentation.
Organize technical and soft skills training
Support managers in disciplinary actions or performance improvement plans.
Handle employee grievances and resolve conflicts.
Manage resignations, exit interviews, clearance forms, and final settlements.
