Manage end-to-end recruitment process for all levels.
Prepare job descriptions, screen resumes, schedule interviews, and conduct final HR rounds.
Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements.
Ensure timely onboarding and induction of new employees.
2. Employee Relations
Handle employee grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary actions.
Maintain a positive work environment and support employee welfare programs.
Conduct employee engagement activities and feedback surveys.
3. Performance Management
Assist in the development and implementation of PMS (KRA/KPI-based).
Coordinate annual and mid-year appraisals.
Support managers in performance improvement plans.
4. Training & Development
Identify training needs through collaboration with functional managers.
Plan, organize, and monitor internal/external training sessions.
Maintain training records and evaluate training effectiveness.
5. HR Operations & Compliance
Maintain employee database, attendance, leave records, and payroll inputs.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, PF, ESIC, gratuity, bonus, and other statutory processes.
Prepare HR reports, MIS, and documentation.
6. Policy & Process Management
Assist in defining and updating HR policies and SOPs.
Ensure implementation of HR policies across departments.
Support organizational culture building and process improvements.
Skills & Competencies
Strong knowledge of HR practices, Labour Laws, and statutory compliance.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS software.
Strong leadership and decision-making ability.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's / Master's Degree in HR, Business Management, or related field.
5 years of experience in HR operations
