Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced

Senior HR Professional

with strong expertise in

HR policies, recruitment, employee engagement, compliance, and performance management

, preferably with experience in an

e-commerce environment

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement

HR policies

and ensure statutory

compliance

. Manage

end-to-end recruitment

and

onboarding

for multiple roles. Drive

employee engagement

and handle grievances effectively. Oversee

performance management

, appraisals, and rewards. Coordinate

payroll, attendance, and HR operations

. Prepare HR dashboards and reports for management.

Requirements

Graduate / MBA in HR

or related field.

5-6 years of experience

in HR operations;

e-commerce experience preferred

. Strong knowledge of

HR policies, labour laws, and compliance

. Excellent communication, people management, and problem-solving skills.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
