Role Summary



We are looking for a high-energy HR Manager who can handle our fast-scaling sales organization (94 to 550 SEs in 6 months). This role is not limited to hiring but also responsible for building a sales-driven culture, retention strategy, and performance-focused HR systems.

Key Responsibilities



- High-volume sales hiring (100+ SE/month) using agencies & recruiters.

- Design & implement 2-week onboarding & training.

- Attrition analysis & launch retention programs (stick bonus, fast-track promotions).

- Run performance rewards (Top TL, Best Team awards).

- Streamline HR ops (payroll, compliance, policy design).

- Manage 2-3 recruiters & coordinate outsourced hiring partners.

Requirements



- 5-7 years HR experience with sales hiring background.

- Proven record in bulk hiring & retention.

- Strong process-builder & communicator.

- Experience in EdTech/FinTech/Insurance/Field Sales preferred.

KPIs (First 90 Days)



- 200+ SE hires completed.

- Attrition reduced by 30%.

Performance-linked HR policies implemented.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹79,623.00 per month
