The HR cum Floor Manager will be responsible for managing end-to-end HR Work along with maintaining discipline, productivity, and smooth functioning of the office floor. The role demands strong people management, multitasking, and administrative coordination skills to ensure both employee satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Human Resource Management
Handle recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
Maintain and update employee records, attendance, and leave management system.
Conduct induction and training sessions for new employees.
Ensure HR policies and procedures are implemented effectively.
Address employee grievances and maintain a positive work environment.
Plan employee engagement and motivation activities.
Manage performance appraisals and feedback sessions.
Handle exit formalities and prepare full & final settlements.
Floor & Office Management
Monitor staff attendance, punctuality, and overall discipline on the floor.
Ensure proper coordination between teams to maintain productivity and efficiency.
Handle office administration -- housekeeping, seating arrangements, maintenance, and supplies.
Coordinate with IT and Admin for system or infrastructure-related requirements.
Ensure professional work culture and compliance with company policies.
Conduct daily floor rounds and address immediate operational or behavioral issues.
Coordination & Reporting
Maintain regular communication between HR and management regarding staff updates.
Coordinate with sales, operations, and accounts teams for interdepartmental requirements.
Requirement
Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR / Business Administration.
10+ years of experience in HR and office/floor management.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
