Lead career development and placement initiatives across Mumbai, Nashik, Pune, and Chhatrapati Sambhaji Nagar Build and nurture corporate partnerships for internships and job opportunities Ensure every Shalini Scholar receives strong career guidance and placement support

Marathi language

proficiency is mandatory

Requirements:

Master's in HR, Social Work, or a related field 4-6 years of experience in placements, recruitment, CSR, or business development Excellent communication skills with a strong HR/corporate network in Maharashtra
