Key Responsibilities
Performance & Talent Management
Lead and manage the Performance Management System (PMS), including KRAs and KPIs
Drive probation confirmations, annual appraisals, and performance review cycles
Identify capability gaps and support training and employee development initiatives
Employee Relations & Engagement
Serve as the primary HR point of contact for employee relations, grievances, and conflict resolution
Design and execute employee engagement, retention, and culture-building initiatives
Conduct regular branch visits to ensure alignment with HR policies and best practices
HR Operations & Administration
Manage the complete employee lifecycle--from recruitment and onboarding to transfers and exits
Oversee attendance, leave management, payroll coordination, and HR documentation
Maintain accurate HR MIS, dashboards, and management reports
Compliance & Policy Governance
Ensure full compliance with labour laws and statutory requirements
Implement and monitor HR policies consistently across locations
Conduct HR audits and recommend process and policy improvements
Leadership & Stakeholder Partnership
Act as a trusted HR partner to business leaders and management
Support workforce planning, organizational development, and people strategy
Facilitate internal HR communications and meetings
Candidate Profile
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources or a related discipline
3-6 years of hands-on experience in HR Generalist, HR Operations, or HRBP roles
Strong knowledge of PMS, KRAs/KPIs, labour laws, and statutory compliance
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English
Comfortable travelling between Peelamedu and Gandhipuram branches
