Position Overview




We are looking for an

HR Business Partner (HRBP)

who can drive people excellence while aligning HR initiatives directly with business goals.

This role goes beyond traditional HR you will act as a strategic partner to leadership, build high-performing teams, strengthen employer branding, enhance employee advocacy, and elevate our culture.
You will play a key role in attracting top-quality talent, owning performance management, and leading engagement initiatives that help teams do their best work.

Key Responsibilities




Talent Acquisition & Quality Hiring




Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs and workforce planning.
Build strategies to

attract high-quality candidates

through targeted sourcing, networking, and community engagement.
Strengthen the hiring pipeline through data-driven insights, competency-based interviews, and better offer-to-joining conversions.
Enhance candidate experience and support hiring teams with tools, training, and evaluation frameworks.

Employer Branding & Innovation


Lead innovative employer branding initiatives across LinkedIn, events, communities, and partnerships.
Build authentic stories showcasing our people, culture, achievements, and impact.
Drive creative hiring campaigns, storytelling formats, and digital content that strengthen our brand visibility.
Empower employees as brand ambassadors through advocacy programs.

Employee Advocacy & Engagement


Be a trusted partner and advocate for employees across teams.
Identify employee pulse, resolve concerns proactively, and contribute to a positive work environment.
Lead engagement initiatives such as learning circles, Friday sessions, team activities, and cross-team collaborations.
Conduct stay interviews, exit interviews, and employee listening programs to improve workplace experience.

Performance Management & People Development


Own and execute performance reviews and mid-cycle evaluations.
Partner with managers to set clear OKRs, drive accountability, and support continuous feedback culture.
Coach teams and managers on growth plans, skill development, and performance improvement.
Use performance data to help leadership in decision-making and workforce planning.

HR Operations & Business Partnership


Ensure smooth onboarding, policy execution, and compliance with HR standards.
Support HR systems, analytics, and documentation.
Provide insights and recommendations to leadership based on people data.
Mentor junior HR members and streamline processes to improve efficiency.

Requirements


4-8 years of experience in HRBP, HR Generalist, or People Partnering roles.

Strong understanding of talent acquisition, performance management, and employee engagement.

Experience in employer branding or building people-focused narratives.

Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
