Hiring for Senior Human Resource Business Partner (HRBP) with leading software development company-Gurgaon- Partner with the business on key HR programs and initiatives such as, lead performance and pay review cycles, provide compensation support, salary planning, probation assessment, promotion and succession planning process.- Experience in HRBP ,Performance management, Advance Excel, Change management.- At least 7+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner with a MNC.- Strong business acumen to understand and support compensation and business planning process, as well as diagnose and support business challenges.- Work closely with line managers to enhance and support their management capabilities and goals.
