Standardize processes for recruitment, onboarding, payroll, attendance, leave, and exits
Ensure SOP adherence and continuous improvement
Train managers and employees on SOP compliance
3. Performance Management
Design and manage
performance appraisal cycles
Support goal setting, KPIs, and OKRs
Enable performance reviews and corrective action plans
Coach managers on performance conversations
4. Learning & Development (L&D)
Identify training needs through performance gaps and skill analysis
Create annual
Learning & Development calendar
Organize internal and external training programs
Track training effectiveness and ROI
Support leadership and managerial development programs
5. Skill Matrix & Capability Building
Design and maintain
Skill Matrix
for all roles and departments
Map current vs required competencies
Identify skill gaps and recommend training or hiring
Support succession planning and internal mobility
6. Employee Lifecycle Management
Oversee onboarding, confirmation, transfers, promotions, and exits
Manage employee relations and grievance handling
Ensure statutory and policy compliance
Support disciplinary actions and corrective measures
7. HR Analytics & Reporting
Track HR metrics (attrition, engagement, performance, training)
Prepare MIS and dashboards for leadership
Provide insights for data-driven HR decisions
