: Senior HR Business & Operations Lead



We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior HR Business Partner & Operations Lead who will oversee end-to-end HR functions, with strong expertise in IT and Digital Marketing hiring. This leader will drive HR strategy, organizational culture, compliance, employee lifecycle management, and policy development while managing the HR team and ensuring seamless HR operations across the company.

HR Business Partnering



Serve as a strategic HR partner to leadership and functional heads across IT, Digital Marketing, and Operations Provide guidance on workforce planning, resource forecasting, performance management, and succession planning Support business leaders with data-driven insights and proactive HR solutions

Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding



Own full-cycle recruitment for technical and non-technical roles Develop effective sourcing strategies and maintain strong candidate pipelines Lead employer branding initiatives to strengthen talent attraction across regions Establish structured hiring frameworks including interview panels, scorecards, JD improvements

HR Operations & Compliance



Lead HR Operations including onboarding, HRMS, attendance, payroll coordination, and exit process Build, implement, and upgrade HR policies and SOPs aligned with local compliance and business needs Oversee employee records security, data accuracy, and statutory compliance

Performance & Culture



Drive performance review cycles and ensure fair evaluation standards Conduct employee engagement initiatives and manage employee relations Promote a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement Address grievances and ensure timely conflict resolution with professionalism and empathy

HR Strategy & Reporting



Develop and present HR dashboards, hiring metrics, retention analytics, and HR KPIs for leadership decision-making Execute change management initiatives to support organizational scale and transformation

Team Leadership



Lead, mentor, and develop the HR team Allocate responsibilities, monitor performance, and ensure delivery excellence Foster collaboration across business units and enable HR as a proactive business partner

Required Skills & Qualifications



7+ years of progressive HR experience including strong background in

IT & Digital Marketing hiring

Expertise in HR operations, compliance, policy drafting, and employee lifecycle management Strong knowledge of recruiting tools (ATS, sourcing platforms), labor laws, and HR best practices Ability to thrive under pressure and manage multiple priorities with speed and accuracy Excellent communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and negotiation skills Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or equivalent practical experience

Nice to Have



Experience supporting global teams or multi-location workforce Familiarity with compensation benchmarking and HR analytics tools Exposure to learning & development or organizational design initiatives Employer branding or HR automation experience
