We are looking for a detail-oriented and process-driven HR Compliance & Operations Executive to handle HR operations, SOP implementation, documentation, and ensure compliance across the organization. The ideal candidate should have strong HR knowledge, good communication skills, and the ability to manage daily HR processes efficiently.
Roles & Responsibilities
HR Compliance
Ensure adherence to HR policies, SOPs, and legal compliance requirements.
Maintain accurate employee records, files, and HR documentation.
Support compliance audits and assist in updating HR manuals/SOPs.
Monitor attendance, leaves, and HRMS data for accuracy.
Ensure compliance with company rules, employee code of conduct, and HR guidelines.
HR Operations
Manage recruitment activities: screening, shortlisting, scheduling interviews.
Handle onboarding, employee induction, and documentation.
Maintain employee lifecycle records from joining to exit.
Assist in payroll inputs such as attendance, leaves, and new joiner data.
Coordinate performance reviews, appraisals, and employee engagement.
Address employee queries and support day-to-day HR functioning.
SOP Implementation
Assist in creating, updating, and implementing HR SOPs.
Ensure all departments follow defined processes and report deviations.
Regularly review SOPs and suggest improvements for operational efficiency.
Conduct periodic checks to ensure process compliance.
Skills Required
Good understanding of HR operations, compliance, and documentation.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of HRMS, attendance management, and HR compliance requirements.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Detail-oriented, disciplined, and excellent at record-keeping.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and maintain accuracy under pressure.
Process-driven mindset with interest in SOP creation and implementation.
