Key Responsibilities
Manage recruitment, onboarding, and talent retention.
Address employee grievances and foster engagement activities.
Oversee payroll, statutory compliance, and HR documentation.
Coordinate office operations, vendor management, and facility upkeep.
Assist in policy implementation and performance management.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in HR or related field (Master's preferred).
4-5 years of experience in HR and Administration.
Strong knowledge of labor laws, payroll systems, and office management.
