Job Description

o
ollect and analyse HR data from various sources, including Horizon (Oracle Fusion Cloud), employee surveys, and other relevant systems and data sources. o
lean, transform, and validate HR data to ensure accuracy, consistency, and data integrity, delivering statistical outcomes primarily through reporting. o
se data analysis techniques to identify trends, patterns, correlations, and insights related to HR metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs). o
onduct statistical analyses and predictive modelling to support HR initiatives and identify potential risks or opportunities. o
ollaborate with HR stakeholders to understand data requirements and develop customized reports and analytics to meet their needs. o
rovide HR data-driven insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making and drive HR initiatives. o
onitor HR data to identify data anomalies, outliers, and data quality issues, and take corrective actions as necessary. o
tay updated with HR trends, industry benchmarks, and best practices to enhance HR data analysis capabilities. o
articipate in HR projects and initiatives related to data analytics, including Horizon enhancements, wider process improvements, and automation in collaboration with the HR Systems Manager. o
ollaborate in the management of HR Analytics projects with suppliers. o
aintain the highest standards of data privacy and confidentiality in compliance with GDPR regulations in handling HR data. o
upport HR data requirements for regulatory reporting, audits, and compliance purposes. o
rovide training and guidance to HR team members on data analysis tools and techniques. T
he successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following:

roven experience as an HR Data Analyst or similar role, with expertise in HR data analysis. o
n-depth knowledge of HR processes, metrics, and KPIs. o
trong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to extract insights from complex HR data sets. o
trong knowledge of Microsoft Office package (Excel, Word and Power Point) and analysis and visualization tools (i.e. PowerBI) to create compelling dashboards and reports. o
amiliarity with HRIS systems and their data structures, including data extraction and manipulation. o
trong understanding of statistical analysis techniques, including correlation analysis, regression, and predictive modelling. o
xcellent attention to detail and accuracy in handling and analysing HR data. o
xcellent communication and storytelling skills to effectively communicate data insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. o
trong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines. o
bility to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment, both face to face and virtually. o
ontinuous learning mindset to stay updated with HR data analysis trends, tools, and best practices. o
esire to learn and to collaborate, proactive and able to anticipate and respond to emerging challenges. o
ood communication skills and fully proficient in English, both oral and written. o
achelor's degree in HR, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field is advantageous but not a pre-requisite. o
xperience in the HR domain or working closely with HR stakeholders is preferred. W
