Position Overview



We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented

HR Manager - Performance Management System (PMS)

with strong writing and communication skills. The role is pivotal in driving a culture of performance excellence across the organization by designing, implementing, and refining performance management frameworks that align with Jaipur Rugs' philosophy and growth journey.

The position is based at our

Head Office in Jaipur

, with opportunities to travel across business verticals to engage with teams and support implementation.

Key Responsibilities



1. Job Roles & Training Needs



Identify and document job roles across all functions. Conduct training & development needs analysis for employees. Design and develop career progression plans. Organize and lead Training & Development (T&D) sessions across verticals.

2. Reporting Relationships



Ensure 100% accuracy in documenting reporting relationships. Maintain and update the Reporting Manager list on a real-time basis.

3. KPI Formulation & Tracking



Ensure every role has clearly defined

SMART KPIs

. Facilitate the KPI formulation process across functions. Update and monitor KPIs on a continuous basis.

4. PMS Workshops & Docket Development



Develop engaging content for PMS workshops. Conduct workshops with a focus on

dialogue-based appraisal systems

. Develop customized PMS dockets for different employee levels.

5. Performance Appraisal Process



Follow up with employees to ensure timely completion of self-appraisals. Coordinate with Reporting Managers for timely appraisal completion. Ensure 100% dialogue completion between employees and managers. Support Head HR in the

normalization process

.

Qualifications & Experience



MBA in HR

with

4-7 years of experience

in core HR functions, preferably with a strong focus on Performance Management Systems. Strong communication, analytical, and documentation skills. Willingness and ability to travel when required.

Skills & Competencies



Excellent written and verbal communication skills in

English and Hindi

. Strong research and documentation capabilities. Good understanding of overall HR functions and processes. Collaborative mindset - ability to work as a team player. Strong organizational and facilitation skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
