We are looking for a motivated Senior HR professional to join our growing team at Rajyash Group in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting various HR functions to ensure a smooth transition.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Act as the first point of contact for HR system-related inquiries, including troubleshooting access, permissions, and general HRIS support.
Manage and maintain HRIS/HRMS for employee data, payroll processing, attendance, leave management, and statutory compliance.
Coordinate with Finance to ensure accurate and timely salary disbursements.
Support recruitment activities, including job postings, candidate assessments, and applicant tracking system (ATS) management.
Conduct onboarding programs to integrate new employees into company culture and processes.
Administer employee benefits and address related queries.
Assist in conflict resolution, grievance handling, and disciplinary procedures to maintain a positive workplace environment.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
Utilize HR analytics to support data-driven decision-making and organizational improvements.
Facilitate communication between management, employees, and shop-floor staff to ensure transparency and collaboration.
Oversee general office administration, including scheduling, correspondence, supplies, maintenance, and vendor/service management.
Serve as a key liaison for internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.

Minimum qualification required is MBA in HR
Good communication skills
Good interpersonal skills
Should be ready to travel to multiple locations within Ahmedabad
Should be focused and detail-oriented
