We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR & Admin Coordinator to manage end-to-end recruitment, employee lifecycle processes, payroll, statutory compliance, and day-to-day administrative functions. The ideal candidate will act as a vital link between the employees and management, ensuring a smooth and efficient HR and administrative operation.
Key Responsibilities:Recruitment & Onboarding
Manage end-to-end recruitment process: job postings, CV screening, and preliminary interviews.
Coordinate onboarding process including preparation of appointment letters and collection of KYC documents.
Conduct induction programs for new employees.
Payroll & Compliance
Process monthly payroll including overtime calculations.
Ensure compliance with statutory requirements such as ESI, PF, and other labor laws.
Performance & Training
Support in performance appraisal coordination.
Assist in identifying training needs and organizing training sessions.
Employee Relations & Administration
Handle employee grievances and queries in a timely and empathetic manner.
Act as a liaison between employees and management to foster a positive work environment.
Manage resignation and exit formalities: full and final settlement, experience letter, payslip, and no due certificate issuance.
General Administration
Oversee day-to-day office administrative tasks to ensure a smooth operational flow.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
2-4 years of relevant experience in HR and administration.
Knowledge of payroll systems and statutory compliance (ESI, PF).
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficient in MS Office and HR software/tools.
Ability to multitask and handle confidential information with integrity.
