(Employee lifecycle from onboarding to exit)
Complete handling of
ESSL and GreytHR HRMS software
Attendance, leave, shift and time-office management
Prepare payroll inputs and coordinate with payroll processing teams
Maintain employee master data and generate MIS & HR reports
Ensure statutory compliance, including:
Provident Fund (PF)
Employee State Insurance (ESI)
Professional Tax (PT)
Gratuity
Labour Law compliance
Handle recruitment and onboarding processes
Manage employee engagement activities and grievance handling
Coordinate performance appraisal and increment processes
Draft, implement and maintain HR policies, SOPs and documentation
Support internal and external audits and compliance reporting
Required Skills & Qualifications
MBA / PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent qualification
Strong hands-on experience with
ESSL and GreytHR
Complete
HRMS lifecycle knowledge
Sound knowledge of Indian labour laws and statutory compliance
Payroll processing exposure is mandatory
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong analytical, reporting and problem-solving skills
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
