Senior Hotel Manager Wanted

We're looking for an experienced Senior Hotel Manager to lead our team at a hotel with rooms, restaurant, and banquet facilities. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in hotel operations, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily hotel operations, including front office, housekeeping, F&B, and banquets

- Manage budgets, revenue, and expenses to meet targets

- Lead and develop a team of staff to ensure high-quality service

- Coordinate with departments to ensure seamless execution of events and stays

- Drive sales and marketing efforts to increase revenue

Requirements:

- 5+ years of experience in hotel operations, preferably in a similar role

- Degree in Hospitality Management or related field

- Proven experience in managing rooms, F&B, and banquets

- Excellent communication and leadership skills
