Go Kite Tours is seeking a seasoned, customer-centric

Senior Holiday Consultant

to lead travel planning initiatives at our Kozhikode branch. In this pivotal role, you'll leverage your destination expertise and client servicing skills to craft tailor-made holiday experiences, ensuring exceptional service from initial consultation to post-travel follow-up.

We're looking for a travel professional who thrives on creating unforgettable journeys, with a deep understanding of both domestic and international destinations, emerging travel trends, and customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:



Engage with clients through walk-ins, phone calls, and online channels to understand their travel preferences, budget, and expectations. Design, present, and sell bespoke holiday packages, including flights, hotels, sightseeing, transfers, and curated experiences. Provide expert advice on destinations, visa processes, and travel logistics, while staying current on seasonal trends and special promotions. Oversee the complete booking process--from itinerary planning and confirmations to documentation and pre-departure support. Maintain consistent communication with prospective and existing clients, ensuring a seamless and personalized booking experience. Liaise with internal teams (ticketing/reservations) and external suppliers to manage bookings and resolve operational issues promptly. Promote and upsell value-added services such as visa assistance, insurance, foreign exchange, and exclusive travel experiences. Mentor and support junior consultants, sharing best practices and contributing to the team's overall performance. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through attentive service, timely responses, and post-travel feedback collection.

Requirements:



A degree in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, or a related discipline. Minimum 4

years of experience

in travel consulting, holiday sales, or itinerary planning. In-depth knowledge of popular domestic and international destinations, visa regulations, and travel industry dynamics. Strong communication and interpersonal skills; proficiency in English is essential (additional languages are advantageous). A proactive, customer-first approach with the ability to manage multiple clients in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment. Familiarity with MS Office, online travel portals, and CRM systems.
