Engage with walk-in clients, phone, and online inquiries to understand travel needs, budgets, and preferences.
Design and sell bespoke domestic and international holiday packages, including flights, hotels, sightseeing, transfers, and activities.
Provide expert advice on destinations, visa requirements, travel trends, and seasonal packages.
Manage end-to-end booking processes, ensuring accuracy and timely confirmations across all travel components.
Act as a point of escalation for complex queries or issues and provide prompt resolutions.
Coordinate with internal teams (ticketing/reservations) to ensure seamless operations.
Upsell value-added services such as travel insurance, forex, visa processing, and special experiences.
Conduct regular follow-ups with leads and ensure a seamless customer journey from inquiry to post-travel feedback.
Mentor and support junior consultants, contributing to knowledge-sharing and team success.
Stay updated on the latest industry trends, promotional offers, and destination developments.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, or any related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in holiday sales, travel consulting, or tourism operations.
Sound knowledge of domestic and international travel destinations, documentation, and travel regulations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive, customer-first mindset.
