Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Telecaller to join our growing team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to social
media, SEO & PPC leads, conducting email outreach, and performing cold calls to
potential healthcare clients, including hospitals, clinics, and surgeons.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Management & Conversion
Handle inbound and outbound calls from social media leads, SEO inquiries,
and PPC campaigns
Follow up on email inquiries and convert them into qualified leads
Make cold calls to potential healthcare clients (hospitals, clinics, surgeons)
Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions in the CRM system.
2. Customer Engagement
Build good relationships with healthcare professionals and decision-makers
Understand client needs and present appropriate digital marketing solutions
Schedule appointments for the sales team with qualified prospects
Provide information about our healthcare marketing services
3. Target Achievement
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly calling targets
Achieve lead conversion goals as set by management
Generate qualified appointments for the sales team
Maintain minimum talk time requirements (2+ hours daily)
4. Documentation & Reporting
Update CRM with accurate call details and customer feedback
Prepare daily/weekly activity reports
Track and report on lead sources and conversion rates
Maintain organized follow-up schedules
Required Skills &Knowledge

Excellent verbal communication in English, Hindi, and Bengali
Should have good Analysis & listening abilities to understand client needs
Professional telephone etiquette and voice modulation
Persuasive communication without being pushy
Clear articulation and confident speaking style
2. Technical Competencies
CRM software proficiency (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
Digital marketing awareness (SEO, PPC, social media basics)
MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Email management and professional correspondence
AI Savvy: Good knowledge of using AI tools
3. Healthcare Industry Knowledge
Understanding of hospital operations and decision-making processes
Knowledge of medical specialties and healthcare services
Awareness of healthcare marketing regulations and compliance
