Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced

Healthcare Recruiter

with a strong background in

contractual healthcare staffing

. This is a

hands-on, onsite role

based in our Noida office, ideal for someone who excels in full-cycle recruitment and can lead and mentor a team of freelance recruiters.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Sourcing

Manage

end-to-end recruitment

for contractual healthcare positions such as nurses, therapists, technicians, medical assistants, and other allied healthcare roles. Actively source candidates using job boards, databases, social media, referrals, and internal tools. Conduct screening, qualification, interview coordination, and negotiation with candidates. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of healthcare professionals.

Team Leadership

Lead, guide, and mentor a team of freelance healthcare recruiters. Allocate job requisitions, monitor performance, and ensure daily/weekly targets are met. Provide training, feedback, and support to enhance team productivity and quality of hires.

Client & Candidate Management

Coordinate with internal teams to understand staffing needs and job specifications. Maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle. Ensure timely onboarding and compliance for contractual hires.

Administrative & Reporting

Maintain accurate recruitment dashboards, trackers, and reports. Ensure adherence to company policies, compliance, and documentation processes. Work closely with leadership to improve recruitment strategies and delivery.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of experience

in

healthcare staffing

, specifically working on

contractual positions

. Strong knowledge of medical and healthcare job roles. Hands-on experience with sourcing tools, ATS systems, and recruitment portals. Prior experience

leading or mentoring a team

is required. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work onsite in the Noida office.
