Key Responsibilities:
Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring healthcare professionals.
Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and create tailored recruitment strategies.
Source candidates using job boards, social media, professional networks, and direct outreach.
Conduct interviews, evaluate qualifications, and ensure compliance with healthcare hiring standards.
Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future positions.
Track and report recruitment metrics to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
Stay up to date with healthcare industry trends and hiring practices.
Qualifications:
Minimum
1 year of healthcare recruiting experience
(required).
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Healthcare Administration, or a related field (preferred).
Familiarity with healthcare roles, credentials, and compliance requirements.
Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiting tools.
