We are looking for an experienced

US Healthcare Recruiter

to join our remote team in

India

. The recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified healthcare professionals (RNs, PTs, and Allied Health roles) for our US clients.

Responsibilities:

Source and attract candidates through

JobDiva

, job boards, social media, and professional networks. Review resumes, conduct initial screenings, and evaluate candidate fit. Coordinate and schedule interviews with clients. Maintain accurate and updated records in

JobDiva

and other internal systems. Collaborate closely with the US recruitment team to meet hiring goals and deadlines.

Qualifications:

Minimum

1 year of experience

in

US Healthcare Recruitment

. Hands-on experience with

JobDiva ATS

is

required

. Strong understanding of

US hiring practices

and healthcare roles. Excellent

English communication skills

(verbal & written). Ability to

work remotely

, stay organized, and manage time effectively. Experience with other ATS or recruitment tools is a plus.
