About the Role:
We're looking for a motivated and experienced recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You'll take ownership of the full recruitment cycle for various healthcare roles-including nurses, allied health professionals, and administrative staff-while partnering closely with hiring managers to ensure timely and high-quality hires.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment for a variety of healthcare positions
Source, screen, and interview qualified candidates
Build and maintain talent pipelines using job boards, networking, and referrals
Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs
Stay updated on healthcare compliance and credentialing standards
Track and report key recruitment metrics and KPIs
Deliver an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Qualifications:
2 5 years of healthcare recruitment experience (agency or corporate)
In-depth knowledge of healthcare roles and credentialing
Proficiency with ATS platforms and sourcing tools (LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.)
Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to multitask and thrive in a dynamic work environment
