Job Summary
We are looking for a Senior Healthcare Recruiter - US Staffing with strong experience in full-time healthcare recruitment. The recruiter will work during the US shift and be responsible for hiring Radiologists, Registered Nurses (RN), and Therapists for permanent positions across US healthcare facilities.
Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end US healthcare recruitment for full-time roles
• Source, screen, and close candidates for Radiologists, RNs, Lab Technicians and Therapists
• Use US job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and internal databases for sourcing
• Conduct initial screening, behavioral interviews, and candidate evaluations
• Coordinate interviews with US-based clients and hiring managers
• Handle offer discussions, salary negotiations, and joining formalities
• Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates to ensure offer-to-join conversion
• Meet hiring targets and contribute to team revenue goals
• Ensure compliance with US healthcare hiring standards and documentation
• Maintain accurate ATS records and recruitment reports

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in US healthcare staffing (mandatory)
• Hands-on experience recruiting Radiologists, Therapists, and Registered Nurses for full-time/permanent roles.
• Strong understanding of US healthcare recruitment lifecycle
• Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
• Experience working in US night shift environments
• Ability to handle pressure, deadlines, and multiple requisitions
