About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and visionary

Senior Healthcare Architect

to lead the design, planning, and execution of state-of-the-art healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in hospital and healthcare architecture, combining creativity with deep technical knowledge to deliver functional, efficient, and patient-centered design solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the

design and development of healthcare and hospital facilities

, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulatory standards and best design practices. Collaborate closely with

clients, medical professionals, and project stakeholders

to identify requirements and develop innovative, sustainable design solutions. Prepare comprehensive

architectural drawings, construction documents, and 3D models

using Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other design tools. Ensure all healthcare projects meet

aesthetic, functional, and safety standards

, optimizing layouts for efficiency, workflow, and enhanced patient experience. Stay updated with the latest

healthcare design trends, regulations, and technology

to continuously improve project outcomes. Conduct

site visits, quality inspections, and design reviews

to ensure adherence to specifications and design intent. Coordinate multidisciplinary teams to ensure project timelines, deliverables, and budgets are met. Prepare

design reports, presentations, and documentation

for client meetings and management reviews.
Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture

from an accredited institution.

15+ years of professional experience

, with proven expertise in

healthcare and hospital projects

. Demonstrated ability to

lead multiple design projects

simultaneously with high levels of organization and technical proficiency. Strong knowledge of

healthcare design codes, standards, and operational workflows

. Proficiency in

Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp

, and other design and visualization tools. Excellent

communication, coordination, and design presentation skills

. A proactive leader with the ability to work independently and in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
