Roles & Responsibilities:

• BOM Analysis (Longevity/lifecycle, EOL, RoHS, REACH, Alternate part, Temperature, etc.,) using Silicon Expert etc.
• Alternate components comparison matrix and take decision on recommended (best suited) part
• Work on Engineering Change Notices arising out of obsolescence to identify alternate components and / or board redesign.
• Schematic Design , PCB Design and PCB redesign
• Circuit simulation using TINA, WEBENCH, LTspice etc.,
• Technical Documentation and V&V report generation

Required Skills (Technical Competency):

• Proficient in testing and debugging equipment\'s like Oscilloscope, Function generator, Data Acquisition System, Digital multi-meters, I2C/SPI Analyzer etc.
• Experience with microcontroller peripherals and systems (e.g. Displays, PWM outputs, boot loaders, A/D converters, watchdog timers, serial and parallel interfaces, etc.)
• Ability to design and develop Analog, Digital and Switching power supply circuits
• Familiar in using Microcontrollers, SRAM, Flash Memory and EEPROM
• Experience in high-speed designs, Ethernet, USB, uSD, Display, CAN, I2C, SPI, UART, RS232, RS422/485 communication interfaces.
• Knowledge in Complete Hardware Design Lifecycle
• Good knowledge of manufacturing / prototyping process
