About the Role:

We are seeking a passionate and skilled

Hardware Design Engineer ON-SITE

with

2 to 5 years of experience

in electronic circuit and PCB design. This is a hands-on engineering role where you'll be deeply involved in building

next-generation hardware products

for both

consumer

and

industrial applications

.

You'll work as part of a small, highly collaborative team responsible for the

entire hardware development lifecycle

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and participate in

end-to-end hardware design

, including: System architecture Component selection and BOM optimization Schematic capture and PCB layout (primarily using

KiCad

) Gerber generation and PCB ordering Board bring-up and functional validation Iterative design revisions based on testing Build and test

proof-of-concept prototypes

Collaborate with firmware and mechanical teams to ensure seamless integration Create and review supporting documentation including 3D models, mechanical constraints, and test reports

Required Skills & Experience:

3 - 5

years of hands-on hardware design experience Strong fundamentals in electronics and embedded hardware Proficiency in

KiCad

(minimum 1 year) Experience reading and understanding

datasheets

,

schematics

, and

application notes

Comfortable with soldering, debugging, and using test equipment (multimeter, oscilloscope, logic analyzer, etc.) Knowledge of interfacing microcontrollers with LEDs, switches, relays, and sensors Understanding of common protocols like

I2C, UART, RS232, RS485

Familiarity with concepts like pull-up/pull-down resistors, signal integrity, and power regulation

Nice to Have:

Experience with enclosure constraints, 3D CAD references, or mechanical interfacing Exposure to embedded firmware development (e.g., using STM32, ESP32, etc.) Previous experience taking a design to production or working on certification-ready products
